  1. In Outlook Express, there is a setting to do just this. Most likey you have enabled the feature and would like to disable it again. To do so, click Tools, and click Settings. Select the Connections tab, and uncheck the option "Hang up after sending or recieving". Then click OK to save the settings.

  2. This is usually caused by a large email on the server. You can visit http://webmail.arn.net/, login with your ARNet username and password, and view/delete the conflicting mail.

  6. Always pay very very careful attention to case, upper and lower, when working on the Internet. Images, webpages and passwords will not work if the case is incorrect. For example, if you call an image image1.gif in the webpage and then name the image ImAgE1.gIf, your page will not see it. If you name your page INDEx.HtML, it will not show up.

  7. Make sure that you uploaded the files to the remote directory /web.
